Influencer Program Terms

These terms are the agreement between Make Ranks (“we”) and you, a creator who recommends Make Ranks to your audience (“you”, an “influencer”). They apply from the day you accept them.

1. Joining

  • The program is by invitation. Write to support@makeranks.com or answer our invitation; we may accept or decline any request.
  • When we accept you, we email you your personal link (for example makeranks.com/?via=yourname), your discount code if you have one, and your commission rate. You join by replying: “I agree to the Make Ranks Influencer Program Terms of 2026-10-13.” That email is your signature, and both of us keep it.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live.

2. Which customers are yours

  • Your link: when someone opens it, a small bar asks whether to remember who sent them. If they allow it, their browser remembers you for 30 days. If they create a Make Ranks account in that time, they are your customer. If they open another influencer’s link afterwards, the most recent link counts.
  • Your discount code: a customer who enters your code at checkout is also your customer, even without the link.
  • Not counted: your own accounts and anyone signing up for you; people who already had a Make Ranks account before following your link; customers who reached us through paid search ads on the name “Make Ranks”; anything obtained in breach of section 4.
  • Our records decide which customers are yours. Ask us any time for your numbers; for their privacy, we don’t share customers’ emails.

3. Commission and payment

  • Rate: 20% (or the rate in your confirmation email) of every payment your customers make in their first 12 months after joining, counted after discounts and refunds and without sales tax or VAT. Free trials earn nothing.
  • When it stops: when a customer cancels, their payments stop and so does your commission on them; after their 12 months, commission on them ends.
  • Refunds and chargebacks: a payment that is refunded or disputed earns no commission. If it was already paid to you, we deduct it from your next payout.
  • When we pay: once a month. Commission for a month is paid by the last day of the following month (for example, October’s by 30 November), after our 7-day refund window and our payment provider’s payout to us. Balances under $25 carry over to the next month.
  • How we pay: by bank transfer or a mobile wallet in your country, or by Payoneer, to an account in your own name; another method only if we both agree by email. You send us the details by email; we never ask for passwords. With each payment we email a statement: number of customers, their payments, and your commission.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for declaring and paying tax on your commission.

4. How you may promote Make Ranks

  • Be honest. Describe Make Ranks as it is: no promises of income, views or features we don’t offer, and no “free forever” claims.
  • Say it’s a paid partnership where your platform or the law asks you to, for example with #ad or the platform’s “paid partnership” label.
  • No spam (unsolicited messages or comments), no fake reviews, no fake clicks or sign-ups, no buying search ads on “Make Ranks”, and no posting your code on coupon websites without our permission.
  • Don’t present yourself as Make Ranks or its support team. Use our name and logo only as we provide them, and stop if we ask.

5. Ending

  • Either of us can end this agreement at any time by email.
  • Commission you earned properly before the end is paid on the normal schedule. If you break section 4, we may end the agreement immediately and not pay commission earned through the breach.
  • After the end, remove your link and code from new posts. Old posts may stay, but they no longer earn commission.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission rate with 30 days’ notice by email. A change never reduces commission already earned. If you don’t agree to a change, you can end the agreement before it applies.

7. Everything else

  • You are an independent creator, not our employee, partner or agent, and you can’t make promises on our behalf.
  • Our total liability to you under this program is limited to the commission we owe you and haven’t paid.
  • Disputes are handled as in section 10 of our Terms of Service: write to us first, and we will work with you to resolve it within 30 days.
