Pricing questions
How does the 7-day trial work?
You enter a payment method to start (this is how we keep one trial per person). For 7 days you get 5 watermarked exports in 1080p and any 15 of up to 50 trial topics from every category of the library, with every editor tool unlocked. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you pay nothing; otherwise your chosen plan starts automatically. Polar, our payment provider, emails you about the upcoming charge, and the Studio shows how many trial days are left.
Can I cancel the trial on day 2?
Yes — cancellation is always available from your account, up to the last minute of the trial, and you keep trial access until the 7 days end.
Why is there no free plan?
Because the product's value is the data library and clean exports, and we'd rather serve 1,000 serious creators brilliantly than a million free accounts poorly. The trial exists so you can verify everything before paying.
What does 'limited to 1,000 seats' mean?
We cap the product at 1,000 active subscribers — deliberately. When seats run out, new signups join a waitlist. Referred users skip the queue.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Your exports and topics still renew every month, on the same day of the month you subscribed. The 7-day trial and the Refund Policy work the same way as monthly plans.
What happens if I hit my monthly export limit?
The editor tells you before rendering. You can wait for the next cycle or upgrade — upgrades apply instantly.
Do my videos belong to me?
Yes. Videos you export are yours, including for commercial use on your channels, subject to you having rights to any images you upload yourself.
