Countdown videos: animated rankings that reveal entries one by one — most-subscribed channels, most-watched videos, richest people, biggest brands — ready for YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. You pick a ranking and a template; the video renders in about 2 minutes.

Yes, on the Basic and Pro plans and during the 7-day trial (not on Starter). Press 🖼 Thumbnail under Export in the editor: pick up to 5 cards from your video, a heading box of up to 4 words with its colour, style and font, a background, and your own PNG pictures if you like. It is saved with the video every time you export, as a 1280×720 (or 1920×1080) PNG or JPG. Trial thumbnails carry the trial watermark, like trial videos.

On your own computer. The editor drives your machine's GPU hardware encoder through the browser's WebCodecs engine (falling back to CPU if needed). That's why there's no waiting in line for a server and no 'export minutes' — your machine does the work at full speed.

A desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac) with Chrome or Edge. The editor does not work on phones or tablets. Render time depends on your computer: on our reference machine (AMD Ryzen 9 3900 (12-core), 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060) a countdown video under 5 minutes renders in about 2 minutes at 1080p. Use the 7-day trial to check your own machine before your first payment.

Almost certainly not. VLC can play high-frame-rate, high-quality videos slowly or with stutter. Play it in Windows Media Player instead (on a Mac, QuickTime Player). Uploaded to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, it plays smoothly.

Chrome and Edge give the best experience (full WebCodecs support and straight-to-disk export). Recent Safari works for most features. If a browser can't encode video, the editor falls back to a PNG-sequence export with a one-click assembler.

The website runs on Next.js with a Supabase database, hosted on Vercel. The rendering engine is our own — hand-built canvas animation with in-browser MP4/WebM encoding. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. We tell you this because we have nothing to hide: the product's value is the data library, the templates and years of animation polish, not a secret framework.

Yes — that's the point. YouTube statistics come from the official YouTube Data API and refresh on schedule. Brand and wealth rankings are built from public records. We never scrape platforms against their rules, which is also why Instagram/TikTok datasets arrive only via licensed data partners.

Your exports are yours, commercial use included. Two honest cautions: images you upload yourself must be ones you have rights to use, and platforms decide their own copyright enforcement — if you upload content containing someone else's material, any strike is between you and the platform. Our Terms spell this out.

A payment method is required to start (one trial per person, card and device — this keeps the product fair). You get 5 watermarked exports in 1080p and any 15 of up to 50 trial topics from every category of the library, with every editor tool unlocked. Cancel anytime before day 7 and pay nothing; Polar, our payment provider, emails you about the upcoming charge, and the Studio shows how many trial days are left.

The trial is the evaluation period, so subscriptions generally aren't refunded after it converts — except where consumer law says otherwise (EU cooling-off rights, for example), which Polar, our merchant of record, honors. If you subscribed without a trial (one trial per person), your first payment is refundable for 7 days as long as you've used no more than 20% of that month's exports. No. We don't run analytics or ad trackers at all — no ad pixels, no data sales. The Privacy Policy is written to match exactly what the site does.

Share your personal link from the Studio. When 2 people you refer subscribe to Basic (their first payment clears after their trial), you get 1 month of Basic free. Referrals also skip the waitlist once the 1,000 seats fill.

A deliberate cap. We'd rather give 1,000 creators fresh data, fast support and constant updates than chase infinite scale. When seats fill, the waitlist opens.

Your price is locked while you stay subscribed. If prices change for new customers, existing subscribers are grandfathered or given clear notice per the Terms.
